This is the tale of two rival gangs battling it out with splurge and custard pies in 1920’s New York.

Most of the action takes place at the Speakeasy where Fat Sam provides the sarsaparilla, and the dancing girls, led by Tallulah, provide the entertainment. All seems well until Dandy Dan’s hoodlums enter the scene.

Enter Bugsy Malone. Will he manage to save the day AND hold on to his girl, Blousey Brown, at the same time?
